So a few weeks ago I came on here and whimpered and whined about how tired I am. That has not changed. If I knew how to feel shame I think I would. Now, I can't even get my
sorry saggy ass to the gym. It truly seems like an insurmountable task. Any ideas on how I can get my groove back?
OH! But as an aside, this week I celebrated my 1 year anniversary of joining Weight Watchers. I have also steadily maintained my goal weight for 6 months, which I think is quite an accomplishment.
